1. Diaphragm pumps (electric driven)

The material is pumped by the stroking motion of the diaphragm. So it is possible to use small amounts with a hopper or apply the material directly from the original drum. The pressure can be continuously regulated from 0 to 250 bar.

2. Pneumatic piston pumps (pneumatic driven)

The material is pumped by the stroking motion of the piston. Benefits are a high delivery volume and a high material pressure. The units are suitable for use in potentially explosive areas. All paint wetted parts are made of stainless steel.

3. Double diaphragm pumps (pneumatic driven)

The material is pumped by the stroking motion of two diaphragms connected by a piston rod. The units are ideally suited for the application of small quantities and have an extremely low pulsation. They are suitable for use in potentially explosive areas.

4. FineCoat HVLP turbines

The trubine generates the atomising air which is used to pressurise the paint in the cup. HVLP units can be exactly matched to the characteristics of the object and produce an unique fine-spray.
