Reducing the power loss by 15 % plus a 30 % drop in the compressed air requirement - this is how the results look at Deutsche Mechatronics GmbH after introduction of the WAGNER SuperCube booth.. At the same time the quality of the coating was able to be considerably increased compared with the old plant, due to use of the latest technology. The company is more than happy with this result as it is now equipped to deal with the increasing quality demands by its customers and is saving resources.

For 15 years Deutsche Mechatronics GmbH has put its trust in the experience of the WAGNER company. High reliability and also the previous good collaboration has tipped the scales in favour of the new order for installation of a new powder booth.
The new plant consists of a SuperCube plastic booth with an extraction power of 20,000 cbm, 2 x 6 automatic guns, 2 height positioners for roof and floor coating, a DigiTech touch controller with height/gap and depth control and also an ultrasonic sieving machine for maximum quality. With the new SuperCube plastic booth it is possible to carry out even extreme colour changes from light to dark or vice versa in less than 20 minutes. This not only saves more than an hour of cleaning time but the flexibility in coating has also been considerably improved. This very much meets the needs of Deutsche Mechatronics GmbH customers as it means that the plant achieves a higher availability and components can be coated in the shortest time with the highest quality. Thanks to the DigiTech touch controller the process data are saved and powder recipes can be produced at the same quality even after years.
