The new member of the WAGNER AirCoat gun family revolutionizes the daily coating processes and combines excellent finishing quality and high transfer efficiency with easy handling.
A special feature of the gun is the newly designed Cage Filter (patend pending). The filter has a much longer life time compared to standard airless filters, because of its 53% lager volume to collect the dirt. Besides that, it is very easy to flush due to reduced dead spaces. By filtering from the inside to the outside, the Cage Filter collects all dirt inside the filter. Therefore the filter can be removed easily even when full, whithout sticking to the house because of dried dirt. The compact design reduces the weight of the gun which makes GM 4700AC the lightest gun with tool free open able filter.
The new and optimized AirCoat atomization provides a softer and smoother spray pattern. Due to the new air cap design, the atomizing air pressure is further reduced and consequently the overspray is very low. AirCoat, a special WAGNER technology, combines the power of Airless technology with the control of the Air Spray technology. In the end this leads to a fast application speed, low overspray and high transfer efficiency as well as easy and precise adjustments of the atomizing air and of the fan width, for maximum application versatility and finishing quality.
