Injector PI-P1/PI-F1 for precise dosing and smooth even powder delivery
The powder injectors PI-P1 and PI-F1 are deigned for operation with AFC-Technology based manual and automatic powder coating systems. They are used for powder feed and for flushing operations.
Decades of experience have flown into the injector technology of WAGNER. On the basis of a nominal line diagram, every single injector undergoes the same stringent quality control, thus ensuring the same behavior for every specimen.
Coating powder is naturally abresive, therefore, all wear parts are easiliy replaceable. The nozzle tip is a precision part and is made of PTFE to prevent powder deposits inside the injector. The special shape increases the lifespan. For an optimal coating result, only WAGNER original patrs should be used.

The powder injector PI-P1 is suitable for the powder supply of all WAGNER manual and automatic spray guns. It can be operated with the following control units or modules:

The powder injector PI-P1 is suitable for the powder supply of all WAGNER manual and automatic spray guns. As opposed to the powder injector PI-P1, the PI-F1 is designed for flushing operations and for the switched air mode. It can be operated with the following modules:
